I greatly appreciate all who attended the AITP luncheon in Charleston on Thursday – and especially those who stayed awake as I talked about Disaster Recovery for 40 minutes. The conversations afterward were quite interesting and varied as well — everyone from those running data centers (Integral who sponsored as well as Immedion) to a CIO at a local institution to a graduate student (around becoming a DBA and potential free education opportunities) to a current local custom about upcoming DR plans.
